Buy your roof online, the way you buy everything else.
Price and scheduling happen on your phone. One short visit confirms the details. Nobody sits at your kitchen table for two hours.
Step 1: Get your price online in about a minute.
Type your address. We price your roof from county property records and map data, and you don't need to give us your number to see it.
Step 2: Lock your price and pick your install window online.
Your price is held for 30 days once you lock it. Then you choose the days that suit you from our crew's open install windows, and we hold them for you.
Step 3: A confirmation visit of about 30 minutes, with a drone scan of your roof, replaces the sales pitch.
The drone photographs every plane of your roof for your Roof Record. We measure your roof properly, check the few things no data can show, like the attic and any old layers of shingles, and confirm your install window.
Step 4: Track your job and approve any decking from your phone.
Your private job page shows every step, with photos. If decking needs replacing, we text you a photo of each damaged sheet and you approve it before we replace it.
Changed your mind? Cancel free within 7 days of signing, or any time before materials arrive. That's on top of the right to cancel that Texas law gives you.

Houston is our first market. Every home here can see its price today.
See through your roof
Four layers. We check every one, and show you what we find.
Shingles
The layer you see. It sheds rain and takes the sun, wind and hail.
What we check: A drone photographs every plane of your roof first. Then we look for lifted, creased or missing shingles, worn granules, and the seals around pipes and vents.
Synthetic underlayment
A tough sheet under the shingles. It's the second line of defense when wind-driven rain gets under a shingle.
What we check: We put new underlayment on every new roof. On a repair, we check it wherever we lift shingles.
Decking
The plywood sheets the shingles are nailed to. Nobody can see rot in them until the old roof comes off.
What we check: We text you a photo of each damaged sheet and you approve it before we replace it.
The first 2 sheets are included in every price. After that it's $65 per 4×8 sheet, installed. We'll replace as many sheets as your roof needs, but you'll never be charged for more than 20 to 40 sheets (the first 2 are included), depending on when your home was built.
Rafters and ridge
The frame that holds the whole roof up.
What we check: From the attic, we look for sagging, water stains and daylight. If we find structural damage, such as rotten rafters (the beams that hold up the roof deck), that isn't part of the roof price. We always price it in writing and ask for your approval before any work, and you can say no.
The Price Promise
Your price, in writing, before anyone comes out.
One price, no haggling.
Everyone pays the same price for the same roof, online or at your kitchen table.
Your range becomes a guarantee.
Your online price is an estimate. It's guaranteed once we measure your roof at the visit: your final price stays inside your range.
The most you'll pay is printed on your quote.
It counts decking at its limit, so your final bill can't go over it for the roof you chose.
The first 2 sheets of decking are included.
After that it's $65 a sheet. We'll replace as many sheets as your roof needs, but you'll never be charged for more than 20 to 40 sheets (the first 2 are included), depending on when your home was built. We text you a photo of each damaged sheet and you approve it before we replace it.

The usual way / Our way
We took out the parts of buying a roof that people hate.

- Repair or replace
- The usual way: Some push a full replacement when a repair would do.
- Our way: If your roof can be repaired, we'll tell you. If it's aging but sound, we'll tell you whether rejuvenation makes sense.
- Getting a price
- The usual way: It's common to need an in-home sales appointment, often two hours or more, before you see a number.
- Our way: You see your price online in about a minute, without giving us your number.
- Pressure
- The usual way: Some offer a discount that only lasts if you sign today.
- Our way: One price for everyone, and it's held for 30 days once you lock it.
- Surprises
- The usual way: Extras are often added after the old roof comes off, at rates you never saw.
- Our way: Our rates are published, the most you'll pay is printed on your quote, and for decking, we text you a photo of each damaged sheet and you approve it before we replace it.
- Who does the work
- The usual way: The job is often passed to a subcontracted crew, and you may never see the salesperson again.
- Our way: Our own installation team does the work, and we're responsible for it from the first look to the final walk-through.
- Insurance
- The usual way: Some offer to “handle” your claim or your deductible. Texas law doesn't allow either.
- Our way: We give you dated photos, can meet your adjuster to review what we found, and refer coverage questions to licensed professionals.

Storm damage
Storm damage and a high deductible?
Many Texas wind and hail deductibles are 1% to 2% of the home's insured value, so the deductible can be close to the price of the roof.
Compare insurance and paying cash in about a minute. Whether to file a claim is your decision, so check with your insurance agent too.

Questions
Common questions.
The six we hear most. The rest are on one page.

Still have a question?
A person answers the phone. Or ask our AI assistant, any time.
How accurate is the online price?
It's an estimate worked out from county property records and the outline of your home on recent maps, priced from our published price list. For most homes it's close.
Your range is guaranteed once we measure your roof at the visit: from then on your final price stays inside it, and your quote prints the most you'll ever pay after signing. If the visit finds something on our price list, such as a second layer of old shingles, we show you the photo and the exact amount before you sign.
How much does decking cost?
The first 2 sheets of decking are included in every price. After that we charge $65 per 4×8 sheet, installed. We'll replace as many sheets as your roof needs, but you'll never be charged for more than 20 to 40 sheets (the first 2 are included), depending on when your home was built. It's all written into your contract before any work starts.
Nobody can see the decking until the old shingles come off. So we text you a photo of each damaged sheet and you approve it before we replace it. You can also ask us a question first. The rest of your price stays locked in writing.
Do you work with insurance?
We document your roof's condition with dated photos that show where each one was taken, and we can meet your adjuster to review our findings. The claim itself is between you and your insurance company. We don't act on your behalf with your insurer, and we don't interpret your policy.
If you need help with a coverage dispute, we'll refer you to an independent licensed public adjuster or attorney.
Texas law requires you to pay your deductible, and it prohibits contractors from waiving, absorbing or rebating it. We follow that law on every job.
Are inspections and estimates really free?
Yes. We inspect your roof for free, including a drone scan of the whole roof, and you keep the photos whether or not you hire us. There's no obligation and nobody will push you to sign on the day.
Do you use drones?
Yes. A drone scan is part of every free inspection and every confirmation visit, at no extra cost. The drone takes high-resolution photos of every plane of your roof, and close-ups of anything that needs a closer look. Every photo is dated and goes into your Roof Record, and if we work on your roof, the drone photos become part of your job's photo record too.
It means nobody has to walk on a fragile or steep roof unless they need to, and you see exactly what we see. We still check the things a drone can't show, like the attic, and the drone photos don't replace measuring your roof properly.
We only fly with your permission. Every flight follows FAA rules. We check the airspace near local airports before we fly. If you'd rather we didn't fly, tell us and we'll inspect without the drone.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family replacements take one to two days on the roof, weather permitting. Larger, steeper or more complex roofs can take longer.
You'll get the expected schedule in writing before we start, and a text if weather moves it.
